I. Finance Update
II. Spring Fundraiser
-Ticket sales: Asking all families to purchase 2 tickets or donate equivalent value
-Raffle tickets for i-pad cost $10, limit of 175 being sold
-Auction items- list available online
-Extending invitations to alumni
-Discussion re: funding graduation
III. Officers for Next Year
-We will need a co-treasurer and a Vice President, willing to assume role of President the next year.
IV. Enrichment/Field Trip Fund
-$1000 was budgeted for field trips
-$675 left in that budget
-Additional $575 needed to fund Mystic Aquarium field trip.
-*Those in attendance VOTED IN FAVOR of increasing the enrichment/field trip budget in order to sponsor this field trip.*
V. United Way?
-It was suggested that we research the United Way organization for information about getting Cornerstone P.T.G. on their list.
VI. Next Meeting: Thursday, May 26th 7-8 p.m.
- We will discuss the results of the Harvest Café Fundraiser and determine if we will be able to sponsor Graduation.
