I. 2010-2011 Recap
A. PTG was able to fund the following over the 2010-2011 academic year:
· Tile in aftercare room/Ms. Simoneau’s room
· Netbooks (17)
· Smartboards (3)
· Teacher start up allowance and memory book allowance
· Field trips
· Enrichment programs
· Crafts for community outreach program
· Assistance for room parents and parties
· Graduation tickets for families
B. PTG organized the following for fundraising activities:
· Square 1 Art
· Applefest
· Bowlathon
· Spring Fundraiser at The Harvest Café
· Scripts Program
II. Call for Volunteers for 2011-2012!
A. Officers and Volunteers
President: Mike Lepore
VP: OPEN SEAT – PLEASE CONSIDER and VOLUNTEER!
Co-Treasurers: Jody Myers and Lynda Fisher
Secretary: Vacant Position filled at meeting by Rosalind Arneth!
B. Other Positions Needed:
Spring Fundraiser Chairperson
Script Program – Position filled by Maria Barrett
Chess Club volunteers (meets during aftercare)
Hannaford Grocery Program
Holiday Shop – Position filled by Swetha
III. Vote to Approve $250 “Get Started” money for each teacher ($1000) total.

IV. Applefest – Volunteers needed and to be communicated through journals and emails.
V. NEXT MEETING – VERY IMPORTANT – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th 7-8 p.m.
