In Attendance: Board Members Kristen Recchia and Linda Fisher; Karen McQuade, David DeManche, Melissa Platzman, and Yao Chen.

Old Business:
Re: Parent Surveys - February vacation WILL be moved to second week of March in 2011; decision made not to allocate any PTG funds for Family Nights, despite large amount of votes in favor - votes in favor were 67% of the survey respondents, but that still represents less than half of the entire school community.
New Business:
Spring Carnival games, food and activities chosen (may be subject to change):
Games - Bean Bag Toss, Race Track, Lollipop Tree, Duck Pond, Cake Walk, 50/50 Raffle
Activities - Bouncy Castle, Face Painting, Photos w/Character (TBD), Balloon Animals, Silent Auction/Raffle Baskets
Food Booths - Hot dogs and hamburgers; popcorn; cotton candy; soda and water; ice cream truck
Possibly a live band for background music/entertainment (no cost)
Other notes: Room Moms will be putting together raffle baskets (?); need to ask Trinity about restrooms and dumpster usage; send out memo that clearly defines all committees and start assembling teams/assigning tasks
Financial Matters:
Request for one more Smart Board (cost approx. $1800), and 7 Netbooks (approx. $400 each) - all for Ms. Simoneau's Room. Letter to parents to be sent out asap.
