Re: the "Overall Majority For/Against" category - the scale of importance was grouped 1&2, 3, and 4&5 to simplify the general consensus.
If we end up with a majority vote for changing the February vacation to March, and the school administration agrees with majority, that change would not take place until the next school year, 2010/2011.
More notes below, following the results.

Question #9 (Page 3):
Would you consider moving either the February or April vacation week to March?
Responses:
YES - Move February to March - 15
YES - Move BOTH to March* - 3
NO - Don't change vacations - 9
Overall YES votes amount to 67%
* Moving both the Feb. and April vacations to March is not being considered, so those "yes" votes are counted in with the total for moving the February break to March.
**Notes:
Percentages are based on a 67.5% total response from entire school community.
Also, regarding some responses:
Several respondents mentioned they'd like to see the PTG plan only one large fundraiser per year.... food/wine, live music, silent auctions, vendors and sponsors.... the Board members agree, and had previously looked into it, and discovered that one fundraiser of such magnitude would require even more planning and organizing and time than the 3-4 small ones that are typically held. We felt such an undertaking would require at minimum a full Board, and a much larger volunteer base to pool talents. The PTG has not had enough volunteers to make up the full Board for the past few years, so it seemed a task too overwhelming to take on. The initial planning would need to take place months in advance....hopefully we can fill all of the Board positions this year and leading into next, and have enough volunteers in place to begin the initial planning
